The most common reason for your Web Appointment Book not being accessible outside the practice is that your public IP address may have changed (ie. your location on the internet), or the internal IP address of your computer has changed so the mapping in your router between your public IP address and your internal IP address is broken.
The standard version of the Web Appointment Book is provided at no cost and is self-managed. You can ask your IT provider to have a quick look or we are happy to assist for a small change.
