webdesk not connecting to host

We are trying to access WebDesk from outside the Practice Rooms to check and update appointments and we continue to get an error message which reads "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding".  Please help, we are unable to enable access to our 14 Psychologists over the holiday period.

Hi Sue

General support cases should not be posted on the community as we don't know which practice this relates to and we don't monitor the community on a continual basis like our other support areas. Can you please open a support case using the link below.

thank you  so much.  I am hoping you can assist me before 4 jan.  I have put forward a formal request for support as suggested.  I am here in the Rooms but only for another half hour    :-/
