We'd like to be able to track the number of clinic visits the patient has had with us.

Under "Clinic Notes" we'd like to be able to track the number of clinic visits the patient has had with us. When we print out the "Appointment Book" clinic sheet we'd like the number of visits (or every 4th visit) to be visible next to their names. Thank you

Hi Liberty. At this stage, you can view the total number of appointments a patient has had on the patient file under Appointments > Statistics.

We start off every clinic note with the treatment number.  
When the treatment course is (or seems!) complete, we put a no. 1. next to the following treatment once they attend.  
Theoretically, each practitioner could do the same: I'd put JA1., JA2., etc.
... and yes, it'd be great if the system did this for us. :)
