Windows update - I can’t use my charts in clinical records

Since performing the Windows 10 update - I can’t use body chart in my clinical notes. It won’t open when I double click it, so I can’t draw on it in my notes. Will the bug fix for the web bookings also work for this?

Hi Shelley

On investigation the latest Windows 10 update (Fall Creators Update v1709) has disrupted certain methods of double-clicking. 
This has affected double-clicking in Clinical Notes and the Front Desk Word Processor. In most places users can right-click to select Open in Word Processor to reach the same result, but this may not always be an option.

We are working to release an update to Front Desk that will resolve this issue.

This issue has been resolved with the release of Front Desk v18.0.0.
