Hi Kallin. The WorkCover Queensland integration only covers sending of invoices. Unlike Medicare/DVA Online Claiming, there is no payment report that can be processed in Front Desk.
To check the status of WorkCover Queensland claims, I understand there is a 'Provider Online' portal where you can login with your B2B Credentials and view remittances. As this is out of Front Desk's scope, please consult the following WorkCover Queensland support page for further information:
